I love living at Solea Alamo Ranch. I lived here for 4 years when the complex first opened and enjoyed the sense of belonging. What you see in the Solea advertising is really how it is to live here. Everyone is friendly and engaging in all sorts of activities and entertainment. Every member of the management team goes out of their way to let us know that they appreciate each person who lives here. They know everyone by name not just apartment numbers. This is a community of friends and staff who care about each other each and every day. The management team goes above and beyond and I think it’s another big reason why people love living here. I suggest you come see for yourself.

I hadn't ever rented apartments prior to coming to Solea Alamo Ranch, I always owned my own property, home owner, I have lived here for approximately two years, and I do not have complaints, all repairs of maintenance have been done well and on time, staff is top notch and the planning is good.

I just signed my third lease here. I watched the apartment being built. I knew that it’s where I wanted to be. The ladies and gent in the Office are so friendly and make sure all of your questions have timely answers. Maintenance is awesome as well. If there is a problem, they are right on it. Everyone goes above and beyond. The grounds are maintained throughout the year and always look nice. It has a warm Community feeling here and it’s the only apartment that I’ve lived in where I’ve felt safe. I am happy to call it home!

We have lived in our apartment home going on 7 years. We Love it Here! Our Management Team Cilla & Sabrina are Awesome! They are always ready to help us! (You know us old folks always need some help!)😀. They are Very professional and at the same time Very personable, No problem to big to solve! They treat everyone like family as we do them. Solea 55+ is an upbeat community with all the amenities we have if you choose to be part of you will enjoy participating in all the fun. Loving the things we do, from gatherings of all kinds. We have a library, game room, Media room, exercise room& a full kitchen we can use. Never a dull moment here!

The management here is great. They really take care of their renters. Maintenance is done preemptively and if needed, they get it done quickly. My mom lives here and she loves it. She's happy, I'm happy.
